The Claymore Mine is a very interesting and practical gadget. It can be used very effectively in defense of positions and buildings in many scenarios. It can be used both passively (tripping by tripping wire) and active (tripping by means of the provided remote control). A safety pin against inadvertent release (for example during transport) is also included. The range is about 20 meters. Of course, the mine is reusable.
Important tip for start-up: The BBs should not be filled through the hole on the front of the mine until the trigger mechanism is cocked. This facilitates the handling enormously.
