It is a rifle from the SPORTSLINE series with MOSFET, in which a handguard, upper and lower receiver are made of durable nylon. Thanks to the nylon body, the weight of the replica could be reduced (total weight less than 2 kg). The AR15 is robust and resistant thanks to the nylon plastic.
Most of the external elements such as 10" outer barrel, muzzle device, fire selector, magazine catch, ejection cover, bolt breech are made of aluminum and light alloy. The handguard features the M-LOCK system and an upper Picatinny rail.
The metal gearbox has a polymer piston with steel teeth that work together with high-quality steel gears. The gears are mounted on 8mm steel bushings to withstand the highest loads. Only the bevel gear has ball bearings to ensure it spins freely at high speeds. In addition, the gearbox is equipped with an electric trigger “microswitch” and a new MOSFET, thanks to which you get a higher rate of fire of the rifle and a faster response of the trigger, preventing burnout of the contacts. The replica also features a sealing ring nozzle that works beautifully with the rotary hop-up chamber and 6.03mm precision barrel.
