The M249 Para is the replica of the well-known light LMG. It consists mainly of polymer plastic, which has a positive effect on the weight of the airsoft.
This variant is the shortened variant of the M249 SAW for airborne operations, mechanized infantry or in CQB. It features a shortened barrel and telescopic stock.
In this 3900g replica, the receiver, the handguard and the stock are made of polymer.
The M249 Para is equipped with the original detachable barrel unit. This has a Picatinny mounting rail on which e.g. red dot sights can be mounted.
On the lower part of the handguard there is a foldable carrying handle made of metal and a foldable bipod
The Reinforced V2 Gearbox has 8mm steel bushings, plastic piston and piston head, a standard cylinder and steel gear set.
The hop-up has a rotary design and is easy to reach.
The barrel is a precision barrel with 6.03mm.
Like all LMGs, only fully automatic firing is possible with the M249 Para.
It comes with a high-cap magazine.
