Designed and manufactured by Snow Wolf - a well-known manufacturer in the airsoft community. The Karabiner 98K is a high quality full metal replica of a classic bolt action rifle.
The Kar98K was the final development of the rifle 98, which Paul Mauser had developed in the German Reich in 1895. It arose from the experiences of the First World War, in which the 1250mm long G98 was poorly suited for close combat, and the introduction of the new "s.S. cartridge". The K98K is a model with a shorter barrel, revised sights and some minor improvements. It was considered a simple but highly effective weapon and was frequently used during the Second World War and in other conflicts. Today it is often used as a hunting and sporting weapon, and wartime models are coveted collector's items.
This 1100mm long replica is fed from a removable magazine with 24 rounds. It weighs approx. 2900g and shoots in the classic single shot mode with a movement typical of rotary bolt designs.
The replica is mainly made of high-quality metal alloys, steel and polymers. The barrel, bolt, receiver and sights are made of metal, the trigger guard, trigger, bolt and some smaller elements are made of steel. The fittings - fore-end and stock - are made of polymer.
