Developed to mobilize additional reserves from the original Walther P22 in dangerous situations, the P22 Ready is aimed specifically at shooters who primarily use a blank firearm for defensive purposes.
Thanks to its slim design, reliable function and intuitive operation, the P22 in 9 mm P.A.K. caliber has established itself as the first choice among compact and lightweight alarm firearms. By dispensing with the manual safety, the P22 Ready model minimizes the time between the first grip on the weapon and its readiness for use. The slide has an even slimmer design without a swing safety and offers secure access to the pronounced through-loading grooves even in stressful situations. Its low weight makes the P22 Ready the ideal concealed-carry pistol.
Proven P22-typical features such as the external hammer, the paddle magazine release and the classic grip with rubberized backstrap also guarantee safe handling with easily accessible controls with the P22 Ready. The 7-round magazine serves as a grip extension, the trigger guard has a textured finger rest, and the mounting rail allows the attachment of optional accessories.
